本公司投资2000万元于2000年9月份开业，专业印染全棉梭织布TC布，主要生产设备：1.LMH20KV34-180丝光机；2.LMH066D-180氧漂机；3.LMH425D-180染色打底；4.LMA2000G9-180显色皂洗。年生产力3000万米。
企业目前拥有国内进的连续扎染流水线二条和适合各类小批量多品种的染色机8台,具有烧毛、退浆、连续练漂、丝光、磨毛、连续扎染、定型、预缩等全套工艺设备。专业生产全棉、涤棉纱卡、帆布、麻类织物、弹力织物和各类平纹布，并有扎光、水洗、涂层、抗绉、煮染、拒污、抗静电等深加工能力，年产各类服装面料2500万米，年销收入逾2.5亿元，公司拥有自营进出口权，并在上海设立了分公司，80%以上的产品直接或间接销往欧、美、日本、韩国、中东、香港及东南亚等和地区。
